• Before three months, after the birth of a child has to be registered through a Birth, mariage and death registar in the division
• After three months, get advices from the additional district registar in the divisional Secretariat 

How to alter a  Birth certifcate content ?

• Get advices from the additional district registar in the divisional Secretariat with documents

How to get W&OP after civil pensoner died?

• Get the death certficate of pensioner and Teminate pension 
• If any over payments inform the bank to get it
• Inform the persionals to produce following documents
  • Original copy of death certificate of the pensioner
  • Original copy of bith certificate of the widow
  • Original copy of bith certificate of mariage
  • A Copy of bank pass book of the widow
  • A Copy of widow's National  identity card
  • A copy of W&OP card or the number 
  • A passport size color photo cerified by grama niladhari
  • All copies should be cirtified by Grama Niladhari
• After Handing over the completed  documents,neccessary action can be taken to prepare W&Op pension
